BOC requires 500 debit/credit card spent to have bonus interest..

The only thing I haven't tried is to clock $250 BOC CC, then pay $250 using BOC DC at AXS estation.

Wonder if that works to 500 card spent.

The only thing I haven't tried is to clock $250 BOC CC, then pay $250 using BOC DC at AXS estation.

It works for bonus interest. But the more popular cards likes boc family and boc shop need min $500 spend for higher rebate.

I think you need to wait till the 15th business day of the month. I think today is the 15th day.

Yes. Interbanking can be set up, security token and debit card issued when you open the account. You should also bring along your boc credit cards to link it to internet banking for them to appear in internet banking.

Sorry I am confused. I am already talking about the card spend bonus interest of 1.55% p.a. for boc smartsaver account. You can get the 1.55% p.a. card spend bonus interest for aggregated min $500 spent and posted to your BOC credit/debit card in calendar month.

Ask for higher rebates for say BOC family or BOC Shop! card, needed min $500 spent and posted in the statement month for the respective card.

If you are talking about how interest is computed, it is based on the average daily balance in the BOC smartsaver account, multiply by number of days of the month, divide by 365 and multiply by the interest %.
