Hi all

I am also experiencing problem trying to log into the BOC internet banking. Went to the branch today to reset pw and still cannot. Keep showing invalid pw messages!

You trying on your mobile phone? You need to use a computer for the BOC internet banking. Try using chrome for the browser. You can also download the BOC mobile banking app from google play. To use it, you need to first activate the service from the internet banking.

Yes, you are spot on! I am trying on my mobile using Chrome as i cannot install the security app on computer. I will try again later using Samsung tablet. Thanks!

Samsung tablet may not work also, need to be a full-fledged laptop or desktop.

so SMS as 2FA for Web login is not available yet?

Sms opt for web login in available. Click on the "login with sms" tab, beside the "login with e-token" tab. Need to go boc branch to apply the sms otp service.

Happy to report that i managed to log in both mobile app and internet banking finally! The internet was such a pain when i first opened the acct in Apr 16 that i just gave up.

Note that one can only set up FAST arrangements if login using token.

Will experiment somemore. Thanks to Trazora for the kind help!

I'm just offering a workaround for iPad to login to BOC online banking

Oic. Using ipad don't work for boc online banking. Anyway since there is boc mobile banking now, this is less of an issue. Just need to log in boc online banking once to activate mobile banking, thereafter can use mobile banking. :)

The BOC counter staff told me IF i want to see my credit card transactions online, i will need to bring my BOC Credit card down to the branch and they have to Manually link it up to my Smart Saver account.

I had to make a 2nd trip to do that coz 1st time did not know it had to done manually over the counter (This account is not so Smart after all eh?)

Now i still cannot see my credit card account when i log in to the internet banking - anyone face the same issue?

Maybe you need to clear cache.
