I am facing this problem for about 2 months already. For some reason, I am unable to pay with my house wireless connection via AXS with the BOC debit mastercard. Error message of unable to process. I stood in my living room, by the front door whereby wireless signal is the strongest (sad case XD) and still encountered the error. I had contacted both AXS and BOC CS; AXS saying bank rejected, BOC saying no problem with my debit account.

And when I tried using my data plan, lo and behold, it works. So, maybe you can try that (if you have not). Make sure data has 4G connection, not 3G.

I am using an old phone Xiaomi S1 and AXS latest app version. Unsure of what is the problem though.

I paid NTUC Income via AXS app yesterday. Two bills; first bill ok, second bill first attempt cannot, second attempt ok.

when i said try a few more times, i mean trying it continuously a few more times, not try once then 5mins later try again or 1hr later try again. i suspect it fails if the BOC system takes too long to respond to AXS. If it responds, then u will usually be taken to the OTP page. at least this is from my own experience. ymmv

Cos it can earn u a rebate of 0.1%

Choose mastercard/masterpass in AXS app/website, can use mastercard debit card from other banks to pay cc/loan bills

i have the UnionPay and Platinum MasterCard, which one can get 0.3%, does it rebate back to ur card instantly or to ur banking account?

Edit : i have checked with BOC hotline on the debit cards:
UnionPay gets 0.3% for min spend $100
Mastercard gets 0.1% for min spend $100

i am intending to pay a $500 bill at AXS, if its 0.1%, the rebate is only $0.50....

Then I try another 5 times consecutively.

No luck means no luck....
