Wanted to find out.
I get to see 3 interest adjustment only in my statements.

1) 0.8% - Card spend
2) ~0.3% - Bill payment
3) 0.8% - Salary crediting

But i don't see the base interest, any idea if the base interest tier has been removed?

Base interest ard credited into ur account at the last day of each month. You need check your transaction record for last month

Seems like every month I don't get the SmartSaver - Extra bonus interest. I met criteria for card spend and payments though. Any other criteria?

0.6% Extra bonus interest is only for the portion more than $60k average daily balance. This portion also earn 0.4% base interest (so total 1%), but dun earn the card spend/salary/payment bonus interest.
