Issue is the tnc for the paynow promo did not specify min card spend amount.

In Jan, I had zero balance in my account.

I made 2 Telco online payments ($1 & $10) using CC posted on 31 Jan 19 and 2 PayNow $10 using mobile on 30 Jan 19. No other CC spend.

I did not get the $5 PayNow rebate.

Did I miss anything for this PayNow rebate promo ?

Anyone encountered problem using BOC debit card for AXS ? Get error on system abnormalties. I have been using it without issues previously. 2 weeks ago still ok.

Went to physical AXS machine and it says the card not accepted.

Did I hit some limit or something ?

You using AXS app? There are some issues with the app. I managed to pay yesterday via AXS website instead.

Thanks Trazora. Yes it was using AXS mobile app. I have been paying last few months without issue. Not sure why today hit an error.

As you advised, I paid via desktop and it worked !

there was a bug fix on 22 feb, just reinstall the app to update and it should work

I update app but still did not work. Next mth I will uninstall and reinstall if still cannot.
