Trying to transfer out. BOC put as successful but then money never went out. Check details, they keep refunding back the transfer.

Hope it is a real system issue and not a Citi style stunt.

You long time no transfer to Citibank? Maybe your payee setup still with old Citibank bank code.

You transferring to Citibank? There was a recent bank code change for Citibank. Redo the bank account/payee with the new Citibank bank code.

Moving my money out today to OCBC 360

Interestingly, on their website:
Temporary Disruption of BOC FAST and PayNow Services
Announcement on the Temporary Disruption of BOC FAST and PayNow Services from 1 - 3 August 2020 Dear Valued Customer, Due to system issues, customers using BOC FAST and PayNow services for funds transfers to other banks may experience intermittent issues with their transactions from 1 August till 10 am on 3 August 2020. Should you experience persistent issues during this period, you may perform funds transfers by selecting the GIRO method, which will require an estimated 2 - 3 working days for processing. We are actively resolving the issue and will keep you informed of any new developments and updates.

Is it coz too many ppl moving money out? Or they want to prevent people from moving $ out

So is it actually agreed that OCBC 360 is better if you don’t meet the 1.5k card spend on BOC smartsaver?

Yes, OCBC 360 better if u need to credit your salary to an account anyway. DBS Multiplier also not bad if you high earner and can meet another category.
