You guys know if Woodlands or Jurong west branch is opened? Website says closed till further notice.

My token expired, need new one to activate phone banking app.

my 1st BOC token also the same, replaced with a new token.
Recently 2nd token "flat battery", duno why as I hardly use it, replaced it at Tiong Bahru Branch :D

I use mine every time I do bill payment. Add on to the other miscellaneous logins, probably around press 10 times a month.

My debit cards are expiring next year. Not sure if they will send me replacements cards or need to visit physical branch personally. Anyone can comment?

I'm using SMS OTP for login, bill payment etc.
Not sure about debit card expiry :s11:

Btw I can't find the option for SMS alert via ibanking. My SuperSaver no SMS alert, only earlier SmartSaver have. Do we have to do it branch?

They will send to your mailing addr.

BOC mobile app no need token to login. Can check bal and transactions details. Only when transfer than need to use OTP from token.

Anyone notice you can't post date a fund transfer, but there's a page to manage future funds transfers?

I wld also like to know the reason :s11: and this issue has been ard for long long time.
Recent months I have been using my Citicard for SB extra cashback...it would be helpful if able to do bill payment via BOC :D
