Recently the qmoney earned from spending on the Qoo10 card seems to drop despite my consistent spending, why ah, was there any change to the card terms

dun think there is recent change on the qoo10 card tnc. last tnc is wef 1oct2019

Minimum balance i think is $1500. Fall below minimum balance may incur admin charge for bank account.

Otherwise, you may consider to walk-in to close bank account.

Possible to close the account by mailing a letter signed by all account holders to the BOC HQ:

4 Battery Road
Singapore 049908

Just add Attention: Bank Account Services or some such thing.

You'll get a call from the branch where you opened the account a few days later to confirm.

wanna ask how do I add SMS alert to SuperSaver ? Now only my SmartSaver has SMS alert.

Go to boc bank counter to subscribe all the transaction alerts and set the minimum alert limit to lowest, $0.01? Then you can receive all the sms alert liao

Finally I got it done at branch today!
Set SMS alert for transactions > $0
