i just got mine today but same expiry date as youdidn't know token has expiry date!
I changed mine once when the token spoil or battery went flat. My present token expires on 23/8/2024 lol

When you encounter scam, hack or other issues, you will then wish it had been more complicated. To me, add new payee is the least that the banks can do to ensure it is properly authorised. Not asking to make it complicated for common transactions.It only makes it more complicated. It does not make it safer. All one needs is the phone and the internet banking login/fingerprint/face id, which is already done when using mobile banking or internet banking.
how many times do you want the app/webpage to ask to login with pin/fingerprint/face id? The app/web page can ask you every time you click.

Sian. Need to go down to branch today. This morning wake up and saw SMS on unauthorised card usage in USD made at 3am. My printer spoilt so going to branch to get and submit dispute form. But must say BOC quite alert. The card was already marked as suspected fraudulent transactions and blocked when I called in otherwise probably will have more damage. My credit limit S$46,000. About USD15,000 charged for 4 transactions.
Last used in Nov 2017 at Scoot. BOC Infinite card. But use this card several times at airport lounges to get free access (just show, no charge).scary

I wake up this morning and saw the SMS. Immediately called BOC hotline. CSO said the bank has already flagged the card as suspicious activity and already blocked it. Luckily they have done so or there would probably be more transactions.in your case is BOC alerted you or the SMSes ?
This can happen to anyone with credit card actually, good for those bank with sms alert.. some credit totally no alert, and if someone smart enough will siphoned bit by bit, all these small transaction embedded in your spending and if you didnt check, you are losing $ day by day...
