Seems that I can't top-up this morning

Looks like the problem is Grab blocking, rather than BOC?

Just tried topping up $10, no issue. I used the history top up transaction that appears on the top of the screen instead of choosing from the list of cards to top up.

I just top-up during lunch, and its working again. V ad hoc......Hopefully the issue isnt with Grab, as I will have much more admin to do, if Grab disables this function

I submit to Grab chat & was mentioned this card cannot be added, ask me to use other card first while they check on their end on the issue.
Obviously they did something to block debit cards, maybe for larger amount transactions.
Just be prepared for the worst that Grab could have nerf this.

boc smartsaver interest actually quite good
card spend up to 0.8%
salary credit up to 2.5%
payment 0.9%
base interest 0.3%

total up to 4.5% on $100k
Base interest 0.4 % if you can maintain 100 k sgd on the dot. So it is 4.6 % in total, but the card spending of 1500 sgd per month a bit hard to hit.
Most hit 500 sgd to below 1500 sgd, which gives 0.5 % interest rate rather than 0.8 %. So total up to 4.3 % for this category.
