May i check for SuperSaver account how much interest for the month? Seem like lesser than the usual anyone have issue too?

Grab’s saying the issuing bank gave a hard decline (which means the issuing bank will never approve authorisations for this card). That means BOC is the one blocking these transactions?

Both Youtrip and Grab are blocking together in the same mth? Grab smoking us?

You mean using YT to top up Grab also got blocked?

Either way, guess it’s time to move out of smartsaver? Not sure which account to move to though, the ones with higher interest have quite a few hoops.

My experience, it is "intermittent failure", whenever they do system maintenance. Then it somehow become ok, for how long, i dunno, i have no urgency to use, use only when it is ok. :ROFLMAO:

Anyone facing issues with boc mobile banking app login? Keep crashing after keying in userid and password successfully since this morning.

No issues with internet banking login through laptop.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall app, tried installing app in another phone, tried to deregister then register mobile banking through internet banking also still cannot.

Appreciate if others could try and see if they have any issues. No problem with my other banking app like HSBC, SCB, UOB, DBS, Citibank etc.

I also faces similar issue with other card. Ended up got to report lost and ask bank send me new card. It does work but intermittent like you said. I believe is Grab side got issue.
