Just to confirm the debit card cannot be used for nets payment?

NETS enabled Cards issued by participating banks DBS Bank, OCBC Bank, UOB, HSBC, Maybank and Standard Chartered Bank, can be used to make NETS debit payments everywhere in Singapore, covering more than 85,000 acceptance points island-wide.

So.. BOC cannot...

Just look at the back of your card to see if it indicates nets.

Ok, thank you. Sometimes I will be (somehow) forced to use NETS/cash, although credit card is accepted. Lol, guess this is a unique problem that I have to work around.

So far, only bonus interest for card spending is not credited yet. I was told it would take 15 business days, so it's not "due" yet.

We should all call the Call Centre or inform via the branch that the description of the bonus interests are not accurately shown as stated under their terms (see below):

18. How will I know that the bonus interests are credited to my BOC MCS Account?

Your bonus interests will be reflected in your BOC MCS Account’s monthly statement as:

SmartSaver Bonus Interest – Card Spend
SmartSaver Bonus Interest – Payment
SmartSaver Bonus Interest – Salary Credit
SmartSaver Bonus Interest – Salary Credit (RMB)

You will receive the bonus interests within 15 business days of the following month. If your account is closed before the bonus interests crediting date, the bonus interests will be forfeited.

This can be seen at the online transaction details? All i can see is interest adjustment which I believe is for card spend & payment....but I do not see the details as what u have described. Where am I missing here?

Through ibanking, right now i don't have my login dongle so can't share the actual steps. You try searching around.

the only sms service i see is under debit card. when i try to click it says "Operation failed, please try later!CTIS."

is that the one?

That's the response I received as well. So I just faxed a SMS alert form to BOC and hope that can be updated properly ...

call and check maybe? although their T&Cs never indicate any minimum amount for each bill payment, could there be a minimum amount that they didn't advise consumers (since most other users have received their payment bonus, although it's indicated if those who received it, almost made $5 cc bills payment)...
