I see this card comes with 4 x complimentary access to participating Plaza Premium airport lounges annually, how to access the lounge, can we just present the boc visa infinite card? or do we need to apply for Plaza Premium card/member?

Does anyone manage to get an annual fee waiver for this card? I use around 30K last 12 months
