booking flights on trip.com

hi everyone

i always book flights directly through SIA app
but this coming dec flights prices is so high

so i try go to trip.com app and see the prices for bangkok same date n time
the prices on trip is like $2000 plus compared to SIA closed to $4000?

if i bk through trip.com,
everything is the same rite?
go sia app do online check in, go airport print baggage tag etc?
no any other steps?
i only use trip.com for airport transfers n hotels

anyone bk flights on trip.com b4?
can advice?

If you have krisflyer account, you can input during booking with trip.com
Your booking will be reflected when you login to your krisflyer app.

I booked for China airlines before. As long as passport detail is same when buying on trip.com, it will auto reflect on the airline app.

yes same steps, just check the ticket that trip issued is correct on the airline website beforehand

trip is the best 3rd party site for me, usually issues tickets very fast and no problems

I always book with Agoda and Trip.com. Agoda always cheaper but Trip.com have much better service and user interface. sometimes even auto check in for you. don't worry about it.

your $2k is for how many pax sia. go bkk 2k...

Yup, use another country's ticket stock. The agency can even have own mark up on this lower price to earn extra

Used trip.com and they are good. Once booked you log in to your krisflyer account u will see the booking..

And yes remember tag with shopback..

Booked SQ flight via trip.

same. And if u update your krisflyer membership, all booking will appear on your SQ app

I did price comparison before agoda always end up cheaper than trip.com for flights for me. But the prices keep fluctuating by the hour really have to stalk the app for best pricing.

Yes, I have to agree with you on that.
Have booked flights from agoda before, because it is around 10+ cheaper than trip app, for a trip from malaysia back to singapore ...

Trip app prices for scoot usually more expensive generally .
