from here, we have to take philippine airlines to manila

from manila, its either philippine airlines, SEAIR, CEBU Pacific or Asian Spirit to Kalibo or Caticlan ..then take ferry to Boracay

I bought ticket from Philippine airlines to manila.. and my next flight (still philippine airline) to Caticlan is 1.5 hrs away. Will there be any risk cos of the transit timing? :(
Both philippine airlines? There shouldn't be any prob. Before landing in Manila, the crew would check with the passengers if there's anybody taking connecting/domestic flights. Just raise your hand and they'll gladly assist you. AFAIK, they'll provide you with a transfer service upon arrival in Manila.

When are you going BTW?

I've taken quite a few PAL flights to and from the Philippines hor. Other airlines, like Cebu Pacific does this too. Could be a norm for those airlines who provide internal and domestic flights.

I think for Boracay, excluding the accommodation and plane fare, i think S$500 would be good already for a few nights of stay there... can party at night and take the water activities (island hopping, snorkelling etc)

1 SGD is about 31 Philippine Peso.

The immigration card? You'll have to do that once... when you're on your way to Manila (SG - MNL). But not for domestic travel (i.e. Manila - Caticlan and vice versa).

Make sure you try food & drinks with ripe Philippine Mangoes on it. Simply amazing. Haha.

state22 - I've been to both. Boracay is more compact. And more happening and international. Beach is beyond lovely. I liked Redang for its snorkelling, but nothing much beyond that.

Hm - I believe the shuttle is between the airport and the pier. I was in the Phils at that time, so I did not fly in from Changi, if that's what you meant.
