I tried to DIY my trip to Boracay from Singapore.
The cheapest air fare i could get now for 27th Jan 2010 is SGD 550 for two from Singapore to Kalibo by Cebu Pacific.

May I know that how much is your air ticket to go to Kalibo or Caticlan from Singapore?

Thank you.

I am interested to go to Boracay this coming mid of December, anyone would like to join me?
Well, i'm still looking for more information for going to Boracay and wish that any travel agent in Singapore could provide a free & Easy package.

Seems that the package provided by PAL was reasonable. Anyone booked the package before?
Take note that mid-Dec to Christmas is peak season for airlines flying to Manila, so airfares are at a premium.

Travel agent, try Smart Saver or Kabayan Travel both located in Lucky Plaza in Orchard. Not affiliated with them in any way... but thought they may have coz my impression is that they kind of specialize in Philippine related travels.

Otherwise, just do a F&E.

:Later,

Hi Folks!

A Trip to Boracay could be cheap if you get a good deal!

I went to Boracay for 5D4N inmay!

Had a good deal then!

Flew from Singapore to Manila by Jetstar for SGD184

And from Manila, i took a domestic flight CEBU (Which is not recommended unless you got no choice). Try to Take PALexpress instead.

Stayed in this lovely hotel Boracay Beach Club!

There's lots of places to stay but i would say BBC (Boracay Beach Club) Is good! Go check their reviews at tripadvisor

In all, i spend 720 per person for 5D4n including my Accomodation + Airtickets =)

Have fun!

will be going there on late sept, hope it doesnt rain. taking PAL there, then transit to flyseair to caticlan.
flyseair is damn cheap, though its on propeller plane, but i think its safe. n it lands at caticlan, so u dont have to take bus from kalibo.

maybe u can try SEAIR, its much cheaper n they got lotsa flights to caticlan.
well, boracay is really beautiful, even in off peak season. i was unfortunate to get caught up with the typhoon on my last day.

station 2 area, which is where ur hotel is located is the fun part to be. restaurants, pubs, shopping mall are all there. food can range from 500 - 1200 pesos for 2. mt luho is 1 of the must go spot besides all the snorkeling and diving. u can skip atv, its boring. rest of the water sports can try. sailing seems to popular too. people are friendly and nice, so no worries.

Hi all..

planning to go boracay with my gf in december.. really need your help.. have booked jetstar flights(i hope these are the cheapest) to manila.

is it easy to book flights over in manila airport if its a same day flight??
which is the cheapest??
how much should i bring?? I was thinking of $500SGD to spend+accomadation. I'm not gonna shop.. just paying for transport/food. Is it enough?

kopitiam, u better book a connecting flight b4 flying to manila. have at least 2-3hrs in between flights. u can check zestair, pal express, cebu air, or seair. $$ is subjective, if u not gonna spend on watersports, mayb its enough. some restaurants are quite cheap.
