Buy and help the earlier buyers win big. There are case studies on what happen when you overpay for a project with Integrated status vs surrounding project. buyers need to know the fair value of what you are getting into. Why buyers willing to pay such a high premium and bet that they will earn just because of the hype is mind boggling. Early buyers who bought around 1600 psf will be able to exit comfortably thanks to these . But the will be the one stuck with an unprofitable project for a long time. Look for other resale projects elsewhere. Bedok residences for example was launched at benchmark price at that time and it was only recently that the units are making.. Some units are even losing money. Look for valued resale instead.
