Usually I eat egg and toast with my girlfriend

2pcs of wholemeal bread with peanut butter or a protein shake

2 eggs + their volume in water, beaten, put in microwave for 4 mins. "Steamed" eggs ready. And +1x banana for fibre

But usually is just quick cook rolled oats 3.5 tbsps, pour hot water to steep, then pour milk. +1x banana or something like that.

I find eating less gives me more energy. I'll save money and skip breakfast.

Last time was Mac, BK and KFC breakfast sets, anything I fancy in hawker centres and the soft boiled eggs + toast and coffee sets.

Now just 2 black coffee, and sometimes espresso.

All carbs... Sandwich quite hard to find nice ones with many filling. Usually abit only, quite plain to eat.

Have have breaktalk breakfast is nice
Got otah bacon or ham to choose.

0% fat yoghurt with oats and blueberries
iced water
black coffee no sugar

Quite healthy. Only thing is, cannot stand 0% sugar for yogurt. V sour.
