One reason hospitals is always full is because no need to come out cash for admission most of the time.

Just need to use medisave and stay in C class.

For a lot of people, that is a simple way to deal with their elderly parents medical problems.

Maybe introduce a compulsory cash component for all admissions.

This will help solve the problem.

So no matter what kind of scenario landed you in the A&E, you're going to have to wait more than 8hrs before any tests or doctor sees you.

Then if you need to be warded for surgery or observation, you need to wait another 8 hrs for bed space. In bed crunch time, you end up lying in the corridor or lobby or open space waiting another 12 hrs for bed to be cleared.

That will be 28 hours ?

I also dunno whether i kenna xbb or not.
