i don't because i don't have data to make a good choice. i only know if pap is allowed to hire more foreigners, this issue may be less severe. anyway SIngaporeans well know to go A&E for the slightest issue. I have faith in them how to manage the queue. If have to wait 80 hours, it means the queue is really long and no choice because of covid and lack of manpower.
