street directory is updated with Visionaire and The Brownstone 's site plan. Visionaire TOP: OCT 2018 while The Brownstone TOP: 28 JAN 2019. Why is Visionaire TOP earlier than The Brownstone? Anyone? :s11:

An update on the 2 Canberra ECs juz for reference for u guys. ;)

The Visionaire EC: Est. TOP Oct 2018 (total 632 units)
=> Showflat opening this Fri onwards (8th to 17th April 2016)
=> Estimated PSF btw $750 to $800

The Brownstone EC: Est. TOP Jan 2018 (abt 250 units left): Ard 60% sold.
2 Bedroom fr $596k
3 Bedroom fr $711k
3 BR Premium fr $756k
4 Bedroom fr $846k

btw for those who may be keen to know the estimated pricing for Visionaire:

Typical Units (including smart home package):
2BR fr $598k
3BR fr $678k
4BR fr $888k
CoSpace fr $888k

*If opt out smart home package, can deduct btw $6500-$8000 depending on unit type.

annual fee. 1st yr free. subsequently need to pay. actual amt tbc. am checking as well.

all EC expected TOP is 1 year earlier? or only for brownstone? base on history is it a lot TOP 1 year earlier?

A quick update on the ECs at Canberra MRT station:

The Brownstone EC (Canberra): Abt 63% sold (ard 235 units left)
2 Bedroom fr $596k (732/752sqft)
3 Bedroom fr $706k (883 to 958sqft)
3 BR Premium fr $756k (958sqft) => Last 13 units!
4 Bedroom fr $846k (1055 to 1184sqft) => Last 30 units!


Update on The Visionaire's pricing (launching on this Sat 23rd April):
From cheapest (may not be 100% accurate):
2 Bedroom: Fr $594k (721sqft)
3 Bedroom: Fr $677k (850sqft), $695k (872sqft)
3 BR Premium: Fr $770k (980sqft), $792k (1023sqft)
4 Bedroom: Fr $886k (1141sqft), $1.044m (1313sqft)
4 BR CoSpace: Fr $1.063m (1345sqft)

I've looked at 4-bedders recently and while C4 has a decent design, it's likely that buyers don't want to be too close to the arrival plaza. It's not the worst stack of 4-bedders. Perhaps demand is drying up. I'm more surprised that stack 07 had more units taken despite being near the tennis court.

Hmm maybe.very hard to visualise how near when buying actually.
So finger cross bah.did you buy any unit?which stack did you get?

Yep I did, I bought, but 3bedroom premium as compared to the 4 u are looking at
