Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Who build the PC for you? Go to device manager and see if there's any '?' devices or other devices...

Go to motherboard vendor website and download all the relevant drivers and firmware, install and update.

What other software did you install? List include your 3rd party stuff like anti-virus here...

Worse come to worse, bring it to a repair shop and let them do the troubleshooting for you... Or make one last attempt with a clean install of windows->install motherboard drivers->windows update->install gpu/sound drivers.

I know the BSOD was pointing to GPU.

Since you already RMA the GPU and try running the system using on board graphic. Maybe can try RUN memory test and see if you have a faulty dimm.
