Understand that we need to "put
a parent's (SG/PR) name to qualify for the 3G.

Lets say, I put my parents name in to qualify for the 3G flat. Do they need to sell away their HDB when the flat is done?

Yes, they need to sell away existing HDB coz they will be co~owner for the 3G flat.

3g flat sure have que no. Every sobf have tons of 3g flat leftover

More available units..BTO gives u the time to shore up ur CPF and save up for reno..

SBF consist of new units, units still under construction and also repossessed units..
