SBF consist of new units, units still under construction and also repossessed units..

Isn't the price of the BTO and SBF the same? Do you mean SBF more expensive??

SOBF is usually slightly more expensive due to the shorten waiting time..

Wat i mean by shoring up CPF is u can take a lower loan eventually, BTO at least 3 years for you to save up more in CPF..

Unless u need a house urgently..

Dont really see the real reason for SBF to be expensive. Taking the left over flat!! Gov really milk us Gao Gao

Take it as year on year inflation..

The same reason why a resale in the same area can cost more even for the same size flat..The shorter waiting time.

From my observation on SBF, ready made units or units that are near to key collection are more expensive.

SOBF doesnt mean lesser supply... Nov SBF, sembawang got almost 1000 units. Just study the list of balance units in each estate and observe the application rate.

On the last day of launch, submit your application for estate with lowest application rate. That would increase your chances to get a ballot number.
