i believe there is a bug or what in the may bto page? give sometime for them to fix up ba..

our MND minister already say :NON-MATURE ESTATE TODAY, MATURE ESTATE TOMORROW’" in his blogspot.. close to 9,000 flats

is it me or the formatting of their bto page isn't totally up yet? why like so weird one... not much info + at the main page the pictures for the respective projects like overlapping one another.

More competition for 2 and 3 roomers.

"Starting from this month's sales exercise, the *** will be extended to second-timer families in public rental flats to give them greater priority when they apply for their own flat from HDB.

Under the ***, 10 per cent of the 2-room Flexi and 3-room flat supply in the BTO or SBF exercise will be set aside for both first-timer and second-timer families, as well as those applying under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS), Relocation and Resettlement.

To qualify for the ***, applicants must be tenants living in a public rental flat for a minimum of two years and meet the required household income ceiling."

There's so much bug on the hdb BTO website. Can't view the details also (Maps etc)

If you play around with the URL you can guess some pages (eg below for Bedok) but yeah there is a bug
