Anyone applied this card? Yearly i will go BKK at least 2 times, and mostly travel on BTS.
Sometimes the purchase ticket counter at BTS stations super crowded so thought of applying a BKK ez link card..

Can any gurus here share their experience?

Many thanks :D
Just go to the customer service counter at any BTS station and get one.

There is a separate card for the MRT service (which u can buy at any MRT station's customer service counter).

Same function as an EZ-Link card, and you can topup with your credit card at the BTS counters.

I bought mine when I was there.

The THB50 deposit is refundable if u return the card in good condition (can be re-used). Deposit is such that u can exit from the station even if your card value is low.

Card is valid 2 years from last top-up, and is valid for 5 years overall.

MRT has its own stored-value card, in addition to the per trip token.

Its counted by flat fee? Not the indicated price from one BTS station to another?

The BTS Rabbit Card has 2 ways to top up.
1. Stored Value - Fares are based on distance
2. No of trips - Fares deduct based on trips regardless distance
Or you can also top up stored value and trips.

stayin near asoke, should i get tis rabbit card?

It depends on where you want to go and your preferred mode of transportation in BKK. If you intend to visit places like Siam, Nana, Thonglor, Asiatique (Saphan Taksin), Chatuchak (Mo Chit) via train, all on BTS line. You can get a Rabbit Card for convenience sake. ;)

If you are not sure on your itinerary, you can always queue and buy the 1-time token if you decide to use the BTS. ;)
