Wait, so you are saying that I shldnt buy individual parts from different stores in sls but rather buy all the parts from the same store, or buy all parts in sls from different stores but ask them to build the pc in the same store? I was thinking of getting the parts and trying to assemble the pc myself.

Judging from the pre-built store usually offer from their price list, if you source your parts partially online and others from store, you could get the same thing but at least 100-200 bucks cheaper. Could be more if you buy during sales time using coupons like $100 off $600 cart coupons at qoo10.
GPU is cheaper quite a bit at lazada during normal time and even a cheaper at qoo10 during their sales (gtx 1070 usual priced $573 after discount usually at lazada, sales time is $524, qoo10 coupon stacked during sales time can go as low as $493) I don't think shop could give this much discount to be honest.
Time your purchase well, keep track at the qoo10 and lazada thread and hoot. That's when you can get the cheapest, plus it deliver to your place. Save the hassle.
Stuff with lifetime warranty like ram could get from carousell. Windows 10 as well.
Of coz you could always buy one whole set from tradepac and they do give discount. But I don't think as much as what I showed you above.
