Sorry for the super longwinded thread but last question (hopefullyl)

Is it better to:

1. Buy from trade pac go to Nigel's shop to assemble (since tradepac items are all packaged so they can't kaput stuff)

2. Buy from PCT and go to Nigel's shop to assemble.

3. Buy from PCT and have it assembled there.

PCT doesnt kaput stuff.

Secondly it only costs $10 to build there. If you want go TP either build yourself or build at nigel

Tradepac only kaputs your items if you ask them to assemble right? Other than that they'll sell you your stuff packaged and new?

And ya the dell monitor is cheaper but damn the samsung LED monitor looks amazing

Samsung monitor may look amazing but i feel the image quality and color representation of an IPS panel is better than a TN panel.

If it has a seal which is untouched in any ways (not resealed those kind), then its safe.

But, some items do not come with seal. Instead, only the anti-static bag is sealed. You can request to open up those boxes and inspect the anti-static bag, to see whether its crumpled or not or if the seal has been tampered with.

One good thing that you can do now is to research what accessories does each components come with so that when you do your inspection, you know what to expect.

Samsung monitors aint that great. You can walk around in SLS and compare yourself.

Yeah but the Samsung has a better response time than the Dell so it's a trade off? But will definitely consider the dell monitor now that you brought up the better colour representation!

Quite tough for me a newb since I'm really unfamiliar with all the wires and cords that come with the components. Will probably head to PCT for assurance. Do they tie the wires up nicely in the computer? Or do they just chuck it around??

You can request to them for some cable management.

Not to be rude, but ur fren dunnoe much and is smoking you. My monitor has 1ms response time and idun see any dots. Btw, ur concept a bit off. Lower response time is better, not higher response time. But dun really matter.

They will do the assembly after u pay. But dependingon the crowd, duration can range frm 1-2 hours to 3-4 hours. Best to go on weekdays, excluding fridays.

Most probably they will recommend the popular models, Dell S2340L or Dell U2414H. The latter is more ex at $359, but worth it. IMO.

Ya I won't definitely since i know close to nothing.

The $359 is def out of budget so Id probably go with the dell or samsung 23 inch:)

Big thank you to all the bros here who helped me out with my PC! Finally got it from PCTHEMES yesterday at 1450$ (they were super tight on the discounts; like $10 only) but satisfied with my purchase. Thank you everyone who helped :s12::s12::s13::s13::s13::):):)
