Learn to cook at home for healthier meals. Buy vegetables, eggs and chicken whole legs from supermarket. Stir fry vegetables with garlic, 1 sunny side up egg and one boiled chicken whole leg. Cut some chilli add in soya sauce. Boil some rice. You hv a complete meal in 30-40 min, much more nutritious than your buy back meals.

TS trying to lose weight?
TS is probably too tired and not having an appetite for anything too heavy.

@Lchlch For the time being, I would suggest just get a cheap steamer like Tefal SS steamer to steam frozen food, vegetables, eggs, rice (if you do not have a rice cooker), or meat/fish. Easier to clean up too. Bring along a fruit - can be apple, or banana or orange.

Please take good care of yourself, the food pictures you’ve shared are really not doing any good to your health. Your parent and your kids still need you.

Bro, since u like tofu, maybe can get some miso paste (organic or lesser msg type), cook a cube of tofu, put dried seaweed, can mixed rice and eat. Plus an egg... e.g. onion fried egg... At least got more nutrients than those you bought.

Auntie here.

Not sure which area you’re working at, but cai png 1M1V is only $2.90 and 2V $2.40 at a kopitiam at Boon Keng. Please get at least 2 dishes.

If you really want to order only 1 dish for your cai png, cook/steam and bring a hard boiled egg. I already gave you the recipes to make in small batches in your other thread.

Then for green, choose like spinach (iron), cabbage, beans (protein). Then, can consider choose tomato egg, i think this one nutrients rich too. Try to mix more colours.

I dun really eat meat, so cant tell u much about cai png meat.

Try your best to take care ok, especially u are in stress. I was "said" by surgeon that I'm malnutrition cos I'm choosy with food. Which is also part of the cause that I got sick, I believe.
