if order 2 dishes, it will be at least $3.20.
Wow that’s very expensive for 2V. If 1M1V still acceptable. I still think better for you to bring a hard boiled egg to go with your rice. Just bring along ice pack to chill your egg.

Or do meal preps. Cucumbers and cherry tomatoes can be eaten raw. Just cut them into smaller pieces. At home can do some vegetable pickles - white radish, red/yellow capsicums, cucumbers, carrots, etc. These can keep for a few days in the fridge too.

Seems like TS dun have time prepare. Can try the following:

A. This is day by day prep - Freshest, moderate time consuming, relatively less rest time in weekday
Prep something simple the night before.
1. Prep ACV eggs on Sat/Sun, best is 1 week before
2. Shred some carrot strands, celery, cabbage using a shredder / mandolin.
3. Cut tofu in cubes, if soft ones soak in water.
4. Peel sweet potato, chop, soak in water.
5. Keep 1~4 in container in fridge, Next morning steam 2~4 in steamer. Most difficult to cook go in first.
- Sweet Potatos > Carrot etc > Tofu
6. I like my pickled eggs cold so I dun put inside. If want to can add in last

B. Week by week prep - Moderate fresh, relatively less time consuming, moderate rest time in weekday
1. Prep all ingredient in the weekend including meats (marinated), vege.
2. Cook meats
3. When cooled, store in container.
2. Store in fridge. Note veges are uncooked
3. Take out as an when needed in the morning, do steaming

C. Weekly full meal prep - Least fresh, least time consuming, highest rest time in weekday
1. Prep all ingredients as B
2. Cook all
3. When cooled, place in containers and put in fridge (if needed for next day) / freezer (Up to 8 days)
4. Microwave / steam when needed

I opt for C.
But you may try or modify any of it to suit your needs.
