Ryzen 7 2700X (105 watt TDP) comes with Wraith Prism but the Deepcool Gammaxx 200T is an affordable budget option that can be considered too.

Secondly the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is perhaps the most popular budget CPU cooler you will find, rocking it as far back as 2011! It's a solid choice for budget conscious buyers.

Lastly the Cryorig H7 offers superior cooling performance and generates less noise than the CM 212.

It's always neater to put the cables at the back. Newer casings have a bigger space at the back for this purpose.

Yeap im using a ryzen 2600 stock cooler for now... Cryorig H7 is in my list

Cant tell but did u mount the cpu 4+4 cable? Also, do check on your power front i/o cable connection and orientation. There is an arrow at back of connector, that indicates positive. Refer to manual for orientation.

For rear fan, not recommended to run its cable thru mobo cutout. Coz u will be restricting urself for any future upgrades. Very mafan to remove mobo just to take out rear fan.

One more thing to take note, your cpu cooler is on intake position, not exhaust. If ur rear is exhaust, u will be starving the cpu fan of fresh air. And cpu eill be quite hot on idle and load. Kena this issue with my fren case.

I installed the polaris fans before i connect the wires... it was tough... 2 sets of 3 fans daisy chained and connected to 2 rgb headers... fans are running but the lights not up...

If u have win os on a bootable thumbdrive, select that usb key in bios and boot up from there. Bios wun have win os setup files de. Also, dun connect ur hdd, only connect ssd which is meant for ur os.

As for rgb fans, it will light up once u enter windows after setup. Also since u gt 6 rgb fans, consider getting the CM 1-3 rgb splitter. Helps a lot. If not a rgb hub although i dunnoe if there is one that supports 6 rgb.

Thx shadow! I actually have one win os on a thumbdrive downloaded in 2016 and i found it and followed ur steps... installing now!

My lights are up - the connection to rgb header was loose (and still is, is this normal?)... any advise if i still need CM 1-3, given the specs below? currently 3 daisy chain to each rgb header.

Iirc, each rgb header can take up to 3A current but best to double check on ur manual.

Connection shld be quite secured. Did u push all the way in?? If daisy chained together into 1 rgb header then shld be fine. No need for splitter.
