go with 5kg increments for DL!
Doesn't feel like injury to me though.
If it is just muscle ache then its normal why worry?
Just wondering if it's normal from Deadlift.
hmmm from what i know DL is almost a full body workout so could be but it should use lower back more than upper back. If u are doing SS/SL then u would be doing rows too, could it be from rows instead?
Another possibility is for DL your arms should not be doing any pulling action, should just let it hang while gripping the bar, your legs, glutes, hips should be doing most of the work, however u might have subconsciously pull the bar.
Feeling the ache in my upper back today, probably due to the Deadlift. 2nd time. Am I doing it wrong?
Stretch. Foam rolling. And.. lots of fresh milk (not the low fat nonsense pls)![]()
Been wanting to get almond nuts for the longest time, anyone know of any brands to recommend? Bringing to school as a snack pack.
