Moi monitored one item before 9/9 and on 9/9. A few days before 9/9, moi saw prices below the actual 9/9 prices. In fact moi also observed one shop raised the price 1-2 days before the actual sales day so perhaps it could lower the price on the actual day?

Just moi experience yours may be different.

Check the price only after having stacked all the vouchers. It has always been cheaper to buy during sales from my experience.

If you don't utilise it's high specs then it's a waste of money
Like playing graphic intense games, or taking good quality photos
How about getting S24FE instead?
