Nearby 1 bedder rentals at the pier and River place are around 2.8-3.5k, and these are bigger 600-800 sqft units but quite a bit older. 1 bedders of similar sizes but worse layout and almost no facilities like Robertson edge also going for about 2.3k-2.8k. Likely Chp will have 3.5k - 4.5k rentals for the 1 bedders, depending on size, facing, height and how desperate the owner is to get rental income...

And also whether rental is still as buoyant as what it is at current.
this morning again receive sms from agent asking unit availability for rental.
looks like rental demand should remain promising for years. Which is a good news for prop owners

I didn’t actually measure but I was told by my agent it’s equivalent to a typical level 6.

You aiming for stack 25 level 4? Be aware that the external facade protrudes out quite a bit at level 4 and 5, so your views to the left and right and bottom may be more restricted.

According to the tagger, distance height from Ground to bottom of Level 4 (level 4 is the starting of condo unit floor) it is about 18m, so about 6th storey. So starting level for condo unit is actually 6th level tall.
