CHP already about 85% sold (only launched like one month ago)

still plenty of options what they do with the remaining 15%

(by comparison, high-profile PR8 is about 88 or 90% sold..)

with regards to the naked runner, let’s see..

Alot of naysayers but even as chp prices hiked up, units still got sold. I recall before launch people mocking about the prices too.

This market segment ah… I see a lot of the buyers a bit immune to pricing, just want the product.

whether 3.5k is another story… that one is another buyer say wan la, but i’d be very surprised if it drops. If it does, many others less favourable developments also will dropc like martin modern, etc.
