That is indeed impressive. Are there other bounced units from CHP that performed that well too?
Just saw the 2 bedder from your screenshot, "only" 3% gain. Looks like one bedders are still popular or maybe the quantum jump from one bedder to two bedder in this development is rather high making the one bedders more attractive to investors.

Not bad for canninghill pier. At the rate it is going, maybe the developer pray more people return the units so that they can sell even higher!

Just wondering is this considered a high no. Of bounced units relative to total no. Of units?

development is good so why bounce? Just keep and sell after 3 years right

If one is to be optimistic, perhaps can rationalise that the weak hands have been shaken out before SSD?

Err… honestly v hard to find weak hands after 10 rounds of CMs imposed. Those can buy and qualified to buy in recent years are usually financially quite steady type. :o

very true NiShiZhu.

2br and above all more than 2M. Those who can afford 2M, you think they will paper-hand so easily? Got other stocks and investments to sell, and don't worry too much about their finances hahaha. These are unusual buyers - not like your generic projects

Even during War, CHP is resilient!!

Like that, mean what? or chiong to the sky? The war indirectly cause inflation to spike up. No war how? Like that must encourage Putin to whack longer? oil price increase $300 better?

Daily sales reporting resiliently continues in war, deep into the wee hours of the night too! Huat ah!
Hehe, honestly I dunno how does this help in CHP resale performance.
I recalled The properties that I bought in the past usually sell out within days or longest within a month,
Heng ar, save me the trouble of doing daily reporting at wee hours :o
