After XZ-1 now comes S100, USA is such a good place to shop.

Anyway, advantage of XZ-1 is the international warranty though.

assuming the following prices in USD
shipping: 30
camera: 229
original case: 5
2*16GB memory card: 10.99*2
spare battery: 13.99

total in USD: ~300
total in SGD: ~390

sitex pricing is $449
price difference of $60 for 1 year warranty worth it?
not to mention powershot s series is prone to the lens error problem.....
google canon s100 lens error

Shipping at USD30? Where got so ex?

Lens error must see your luck.. heard only earlier batches have it.. for me I just get the camera with free 8gb and the casing at USD5.. HSG got discount on weight and shipping.. I estimate around SGD300+..

camera alone the amazon deal will be very worth it, but if you are look at the bundle pricing like save around 20%+ only?

Reading from the web, most Canon service centres esp. in US/Canada etc wrote that they would service the Lens Error issue even after the warranty period is over for free. They admit that it's a real issue. But whether Canon SG honors this as well is subjective. Some even managed to service it at a different country from the country of purchase.

last experience with them. No.

Singapore protect manufacturers/vendors/retailers over consumers.

frm canon's website, it said S110 can upload photo to facebook, share to iphone n send to printer.
but what i really wanted to know is whether it's possible to transfer photo to PC via the wifi. any S110 owner can share?
