If base on the location the sinkhole occurred it seems before this happened the road was newly tarred after some road works done on that road. The surface of the road seems newly repaired and tarred because it is still very dark colour.

He was trying to signal driver to stop or something b4 the car started caving downward.
The car was not suppose to do what or fw should have done something is it??

Looks like he realise something was not right and tried to stop the car but its was too late.
