Am using shell autoserv for my servicing. Quite ok and no hard selling of parts. Oil change and tire rotation done in 1 hour.
Reason why I stick to autoserv is coz I need reputable workshop with proper svc records as I want to retain AD warranty (my AD accept outside servicing).
Autobacs wise, they have cheap servicing packages esp in house brand. But take note they charge alot for labor charge. Sometime can be chop carrot head rates.
How do I book an appointment? Just by calling their respective number?
Yes, call the numbers stated in shell website to make an appoinment. Each autoserv is outsourced to partner workshop btw.

Do you have any recommendations on car servicing? Actually for mine is just 1k mileage service
did u buy from parallel importers? the PI should give you some warranty with workshop names, no?

No u don't. I buy from AD. but I read in mycarforum that the AD servicing is bad.

Wow. Just engine oil and oil filter (part of the $128 shell package) change will do. In fact for first few years, only need to do that.
But u make sure Perodua AD let u retain warranty when u svc outside. Otherwise if Shell workshop detect smth wrong with major parts, the AD wont let u claim from them.

I am thinking to go to Shell autoserv this time, after waiting for so long in AD workshop during my last service.
Did you ask the service guy at Shell to chop and sign at the service record after servicing your car?
TIA.
