Depends on the amount you need to pay using CardUp. If sum is <$600, then BOC Family rebate card still works (cap at $30 max for online purchases). UOB One is capped at $2000 max but need to meet $2000/mth for each quarter to get the 5% rebates for each month.

Boc gives u $30 for the $600 and u got nothing for the next $100

If u use cardup..2.6% u have to pay $18.2 admin fees. Net u earn 11.80$ only

Boc did not block, just reduce rebate cap
