don't seem like any special promo for voyage, need to fall back on the ones that apply to all singapore credit cards. i'm using REC185, just a 0.5% additional mark up above the previous Voyage 1.8% fee...

Thanks. Will probably end up doing the same. But so uncool that they made the change without informing customers

I feel the increase isn't justified. they're just acting as a 'middle-man' between banks and customers. maybe it's just greed - taking advantage of the middle east situation to try to justify their thirst for more profits.

have cancelled some of the arrangements as the margins from not using credit card or bank transfer are no longer positive or significant.

another conspiracy theorist , i bet you are a flat-earther.

as of now, there is already only a limited use cases for this service .
And with the upcoming price increases it may quite likely destory any few remaining ones.
Which could bring their biz into threat.

And u think they are doing this intentionally to spite customers ?

From CardUp:
Hi XXXX,

At CardUp, we’ve always taken a customer-first approach to pricing. Like others in the industry, we’re navigating an increase in card processing costs.

After careful consideration, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our standard service fee so we can continue enabling you to use your cards where they’re not usually accepted, while keeping CardUp sustainable for the long term.

From 13 June 2026, our standard CardUp fee for all personal payments made with Singapore-issued cards will be revised to:
2.90%
Previous standard fee: 2.60%

Key Details to take note:

  • Effective Date: The new rate applies to all payments charged on or after 13 June 2026.
  • Scheduled Payments: Fees displayed on your dashboard will be updated automatically on the effective date.
  • Promotional Rates: In line with this change, promotional rates will also be adjusted from 13 June 2026. We’ll share the updated rates closer to the effective date and continue offering competitive promotions across recurring and one-off payments, including rent, insurance, tax and more.
  • Payments with promo codes: Scheduled payments with promo codes applied on payments charged on or after 13 June 2026 will also be automatically adjusted to the new promotional rates.
  • International credit cards: The service fee for international credit card is not affected by this change.
If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@cardup.co.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,
The CardUp Team

From ipaymy:
Hi XXXX,

Thank you for continuing to trust ipaymy with your payments. We value your ongoing support and wanted to share an exclusive offer with you.

Switch your scheduled payment to a Singapore-issued Mastercard and apply the code to enjoy a 1.85% rate on both one-time and recurring payments.

Use your exclusive code: XXXXXXX.

We are offering this because Visa is revising its interchange fees in Singapore. As a result, from 11 June 2026, ipaymy’s service fees for Singapore-issued Visa cards will be updated:

  • Recurring payments: 1.85% → 2.60%
  • One-time payments: 2.40% → 2.95%

This is an industry-wide change set by Visa, and other providers accepting Visa payments are likely to be affected as well.

Your options:
  • Switch and save: Use XXXXXXX to lock in 1.85% with Mastercard. This only takes a minute!
  • Stay on Visa: No action needed. The updated rates will apply from 11 June 2026

Making tax payments to IRAS?
Use XXXXXXXX with a Mastercard to enjoy an exclusive 1.79% rate.

If you have any questions or need assistance updating your payment method, please reply directly to this email and our team will be happy to help.

Warm regards,
The ipaymy team

Based on the emails, it is likely that the fee for CardUp for Visa cards will be revised to around 2.60% to 2.95% from 13 June 2026 even with promo codes.
