so far, I can say GE, AIA, Prudential all ok with partial payments

most annoying is Prudential, always ask my agent to verify that I made payment, then my agent have to contact me.

Hi, does anyone make partial payments over a few mths for Manulife and Aviva using CardUp? May I know if you face any issues?

For Aviva there are 2 receiving accounts reflected in CardUp

- Aviva Ltd: Health Insurance Policies (DBS Bank Acct ****1886)
- Aviva Ltd: Life Insurance Policies (DBS Bank Acct *****7597)

Recommended to check with Aviva directly, provide them with your policy number so they can advise you if you can make lump sum payment to either of the accounts for your policy.

If yes, they will also ask you to fill out this "advance payment of premium" form every time you make the payment.

Wow, sounds really troublesome to submit the form for every payment... Thanks for the info!

it's not troublesome at all. it's easy to schedule payments

however, if for the same payee & same policy, would suggest you schedule next payment after current payment is made ... dont give any room for it to be rejected

Did anyone try Cardup with credit card issued from other country? Or it has to be card issued in Singapore? Thanks.

Does this cardup payment considered as online spend? If pay using DBS Live Fresh Card can earn 6% cash back?

DBS excludes CardUp specifically for all their cards.

So far only UOB One, BOC Family and Maybank Platinum Visa accepts CardUp as Online spend cash rebates
