Made a payment to my GE insurance via cardup last fri. Made a call today to DBS to check, customer service said cardup transaction for insurance payment won't get pts.

DBS WWMC exclude cardup for 10x points.
Think DBS altitude still have 3x points but dun think worth it.

Why do you need to pay them using CardUp? They don't take credit cards?

once CSO hear its insurance, regardless of payment modes, their first instinct is to say "Insurance payment is excluded" ;)

I guess the CSO missed the point as it is not Insurance payment but payment to Cardup. Does that earn points?

Anyone can confirm 'ipaymy' earns point?

cardup has up the game if am reading it correctly. for biz user 1.5% only
but a bit confused on the example they give (1.5% per transaction = $300).
not sure what it meant

https://blog.cardup.co/reduced-cardup-fee/

Lol, will try tomorrow. Article dated 18 Jan, made two payments on 18 Jan at the 2.6% rate....

Just tried with my existing business account, still 2.6%... probably just an introductory rate to entice new sign ups?

Submitted the form there, wait for them to get back, see what they say.

Hmm, if really 1.5%, at 1.4mpd, can get just over 1 cent per mile.

i already check with cardup

-UOB visa card, if you set up recurrring rental payment for 6 mths it will be 1.5% fee. UOB has confirmed this will be given rebates/rewards points (i.e. not consider IPP/instalment payent)

-other master/visa card, if you set up recurrring rental payment for 6 mths. it will be 1.5% fee. Other than UOB visa, cardup is unable to confirm if this will be given rebates/rewards points for other Master/visa

- recurrring payroll for 3 mths will be 1.99% processing fee.
