Keep in mind it's a MY distro.
Personally I felt that in general, MY works slower than SG.

Yeah, pls give them some time. This is the first time they ship direct to sg buyers. Understand they have liaised with their delivery partner here, but I believe they still have to ensure all r tied up properly.
