depends on what do you actually want to improve. if the "hot and stuffy" is what you feel your room becomes when you game, then no, this is not going to help. your computer will produce the same amount of heat no matter how many case fans you use, and this heat will be transferred to your room. at best it will do is to decrease the operating temperature of the components of your computer by a bit (e.g. GPU runs a few degrees lower).

TS need to get the hot air out of his room.

if normal means my build the exhaust not enough ? thats why inside air so hot?
It's still within the normal range. If you worry then tweak the thermal limit while increase to a more aggressive fan curve lor. Add one more pair of fans (1 in 1 out) to increase air flow will help too.

Make sure your room have good airflow itself too.

Pretty much normal for Singapore's hot climate. I see the current monthly average given by CAM software's other users vs mine, speechless. Theirs run much cooler under load but that is because this is their cold season. That's why the average temperature for their PC is decreasing vs ours.

My cpu can hit 70 at full load and gpu 78 at full load.
