While you guys are working together to get back money, do beware of some who are here to scam those who have lost money. Seen some such cases. Stay safe.

How to spot these people.

1. They ask you for money upfront without you first seeing any lawyer first.

2. They use scare tactic to persuade you sign up with them.

3. They say legal proceeding is free, but ask you to pay extra fee to speed up the process.

4. They say legal proceeding is free, but after you fill in the forms, you need to pay a small processing fee.

5. Legal proceeding is free and they do all the work for you, but ask you to join another "investment" scheme after they build a rapport with you. (Bait and Switch)

6. They close the door and start wearing you down with consultants after consultants. (Boiling Room Tactic)

The best conman uses all the above.
