Yes it is. But sometimes there'll be disconnections. Suggest you have a backup if you can't live without social media and Google apps, etc.

Don't know a about Simba ,
i bought esim on Shopee
fantastic , works very well
and speed is same as in SG.

Easy installation , scan QR code and you can choose to on or off it .

It seems pocket WiFi 6 seems to be popular in China now ,
you can connect to as many devices that you want .

I am using one now super fast speed , only draw back can't surf all the banned website in China .

bought on Shopee .
Local internet(China) cant get in EDMW .

By the way Singapore pool cannot be access even on esim , alert notice is only for Singapore market .

As always, roaming is dependent on local telco.
