The Corporate sectors in China, Hong Kong and Macao will have to solve their debt problems or they would not be able to go free and high and might even drag down the whole banking system in China if they are not careful.

China's domestic debts according to the World Bank are about 180% of GDP. Some claimed that CCP is always good. They always come up and save their people.

Let's see how this will go..

Presently, the Chinese GDP is about USD14 Trillion. The interest payment of these 180% GDP debts @ 5 % will be over USD$1 Trillion annually. This is about 1/3 of China's Foreign Reserve of 3 Trillion which China took many many years to accumulate; moreover, China itself already have about USD$2.7 Trillion external debts. Therefore, it is very unlikely that CCP will want to dig their pockets to save their Corporate world this time around. So be very careful with China and its related stocks.

i dont mind we accessing china etfs (those listed on HK or china) on sgx! Not so much of ADRs (listed also on US) yet later get another sec listing ov on SGX again

Be careful about Chinese banking stocks. The 3rd largest bank, the Nanjing Bank in Jiangsu recently has its CEO resign. It is nothing but common but some found out the bank has very high credit committed items in the off-balance sheet. If these items were added, the bank is considered bankrupt.
