Was wondering, anyone interested in getting the mofi pouch and screen protector for the novo7? It's 35 rmb which is actually around $7. I am actually keen on ordering but the shipping is already $7 for the first 500g and $4 for every additional 500g which will actually end up as around $20 when it arrives after including agent fees as well. Since this item is so light we can split the freight charges.

Problem with wopad i7/v7/a10 will be the back aluminium casing. It get dent quite easily when you drop it. Other than that, they are nice tablets running on RK2918/VC882/Allwinner A10 processors.

If really want to consider LY-F526, should consider Rena3 running same processor and have a nice ready commnuity to help out. I believe a few bros here already using Rena3 for a couple of months

Novo 7 advanced I believe at least 4-5 bros already ordered from merimobiles, including me Anything can try help each other.

innovativeint also mentioned in other thread that Novo 7 selling in SLS booths, so those who don't want to risk online can try there. Do make sure it's advanced version, else you might end up with 2points resistive screen. Also do update us the selling price in SLS if any bro and sis sees them. Thanks.

Was at SL just now. Saw a 'china counter' wif a Novo7 advance on display. Still on firmware 1.5.1. Going for SG$239. Wrty of course dubious coz the china girl said "just bring back lah". But the counter has wheels, if u get my drift! Played wif it and all I can say is, it's damn bloody snappy. Just for fun, I asked in my splattering mandarin got Andriod market or not. The girl say "have, have". But I told her can't find leh. She said, oh I install for you only after u buy!! haha .. make my day.
Now I really can't wait.

S$239 is ok compared to mine with DHL about S$215. Well at least there's 1yr overseas warranty.

I recall a bro mentioned after update 1.6 works better. I recall reading 1.6 should come with market and 3G dongle support, but I could be wrong, read too many different tablets some of the things jumbo up

How do you buy stuff from Taobao? Do they accept our credit cards? I wanna buy the tablets there but I couldn't pay the way they wanted.

Normally we'll use an agent. IIRC 65daigou and another which I forgot were interviewed on news before.

The last time I buy some clothes from taobao, I QQ the seller then ask if they accept western union. Some do, some don't. Some act as if they know what western union, but during the process the money got bounced back cause seller don't know how to get money

Novo 8 has been out for a while and uses TC8813 processor. It's a good tablet, but battery life aren't as good as Novo7 advanced.

Novo8 also have an improved battery version, but hard to tell which is which

Lenovo A1 I'm tempted also, still thinking. Anyway I'll see how Novo7 advanced is then decide if I want to give to my MIL and get Leveno A1
