If in syndicate, probably have other illegal means to leave sinkiepore.

Swim, boat or hiding somewhere by syndicate. Or maybe even 人间蒸发 by syndicate liao. ”change face” & left?

Change face I doubt it, how many other syndicate involved in aiding his disappearance is an another matter. No one single syndicate so powerful to do that in sinkieland. The strongest gang in sinkieland is the WHITE gang

Singapore authorities should really reconsider the "visa-free" with tiongland.

It is bringing in more crime to singapore and increasing the burden on the police force.

The fact that these foreign tiong criminals even escaped on bail, means they don't even respect Singapore law and are just here to rob and run away.

Even Thailand is reconsidering their visa free because of the increase in crime.
